Storage:
Sealant bottles should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.
It is recommended that they be stacked neatly, avoiding heavy pressure and contact with sharp objects to prevent deformation or damage.
The ambient temperature should be maintained between 5°C and 35°C, with a relative humidity not exceeding 75%.
Cartons or pallets are recommended for easy handling and long-distance transportation.
Storage:
Under normal storage conditions, the bottles will maintain good performance for 12 months.
After the shelf life has expired, the bottle strength and sealing performance should be inspected and confirmed to be acceptable before further use.

Q: How to Use a Rigid Plastic Cartridge (Capsule) Sealant?
A: Prepare the caulking gun: Pull back the plunger of the caulking gun and insert the cartridge.
Cut the nozzle: Use a knife or scissors to cut the nozzle at a 45-degree angle. The size of the opening depends on the desired thickness of the bead.
Puncture the seal: Use a long nail, screwdriver, or similar tool to pierce the internal aluminum foil seal at the nozzle.
Install and squeeze: Mount the cartridge into the caulking gun and squeeze the trigger evenly. During application, maintain a 45-degree angle between the nozzle and the surface, and move at a consistent speed to ensure an even bead.
