Performance:
- CS neutral structural sealant is a neutral curing silicone structural sealant designed for structural bonding and sealing of glass, stone (marble, granite), aluminum curtain walls, glass skylights and metal structural engineering.
- It complies with the industry standard JG/T 475 and the European structural adhesive standard ETAG002, and has excellent structural bonding performance and weather aging resistance.
- After artificial accelerated weather aging test, the physical and chemical properties of the sealant have no obvious changes.
- When in use, the glue gun squeezes the glue on the sealant tube to the part that needs to be bonded and sealed.
- The sealant absorbs moisture in the air at room temperature, solidifies into an elastomer, and forms an effective seal.

- Neutral curing, no corrosion to metal, coated glass, concrete and marble;
- Excellent weather aging resistance, service life of 50 years under normal climatic conditions;
- Excellent high and low temperature resistance, no brittleness, hardening or cracking at -50℃ after curing, no softening or degradation at 150℃, maintaining good strength and elasticity;
- Excellent adhesion to most building materials;
- Good compatibility with other neutral silicone adhesives.

Usage restrictions
CS neutral structural sealant should not be used in airtight and unventilated places, because single-component silicone structural sealant needs to absorb moisture in the air to solidify;
When the surface temperature of the material is lower than 10℃ or higher than 40℃, it is not suitable for construction;
It is not suitable for frosted or damp surfaces;
It is not suitable for places that are continuously immersed in water or damp all year round;
It should avoid contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) to avoid yellowing;
It should avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as exterior wall cleaning fluid) to avoid discoloration;
It is not suitable for all materials that will ooze grease, plasticizers or solvents, such as the surface of oiled wood.
After the original packaging is sealed, store in a cool (below 27℃) and dry place for at least 12 months.

Is a primer required before application?
In most cases, a primer is not needed for common substrates. However, for porous or difficult-to-bond surfaces, a compatibility test or primer may be recommended to ensure optimal adhesion.
