MS sealant is a silane-modified silicone stress relief single-component sealant with the characteristics of weather resistance, low toxicity and environmental protection, easy coating, and good adhesion to cement mortar board. It reacts with moisture in the air at room temperature and solidifies to form an elastomer with low modulus and large displacement capacity after curing.
Main uses:
Suitable for sealing building joints and shrinkage displacement joints;
Sealing joints of prefabricated concrete components of prefabricated buildings.
Performance characteristics:
No flow, excellent extrusion performance in the range of -5℃ to +40℃;
Maintain basic physical and chemical properties in the range of -30℃ to +80℃; Good adhesion to cement mortar components, metals, etc.;
Use restrictions: Not suitable for sealing prefabricated glass and insulating glass.
Color:
A variety of colors are available, such as black, white, transparent, etc., and colors can be customized as needed.
