SANZON HIGH TACK MS Polymer Sealant - High-Tack Primerless Sealant For Facade And Construction Joints

SANZON HIGH TACK is a one-component MS polymer (modified silane) sealant built for joints that are awkward to reach. Its high initial tack holds the bead in place on vertical and overhead joints before the skin forms, so the sealant does not sag or slump while it is being worked. It is solvent-free, isocyanate-free and odourless, cures at room temperature with atmospheric moisture, and bonds without a primer to concrete, cement, stone, ceramics, glass, aluminium, steel, wood and rigid PVC.

Why specifiers choose it

High initial tack. The bead stays exactly where it is applied, on vertical and overhead joints, with a measured sag of 0 mm (GB/T 13477.6).

Primerless adhesion to eight substrates. Concrete, cement, stone, ceramics, glass, aluminium, steel, wood and rigid PVC.

Solvent-free and isocyanate-free. VOC content approximately 46.61 g/L, with no shrinkage on cure, suitable for work in occupied buildings.

Permanently elastic. Elongation at break min. 500% (typical 550%) and elastic recovery min. 80%, retained over the service life of the joint.

Workable on site. Tack-free in 30 to 60 minutes, curing at about 3 mm per day at 23 C and 50% RH; paintable after full cure, weather resistant and non-corrosive to the substrate.

Where it is used

Facade joints: curtain wall, cladding, precast concrete panel and stone cladding joints.

Expansion and movement joints in concrete and masonry.

Perimeter sealing of windows and doors, including metal and PVC frames.

General construction bonding and sealing where a high-tack, paintable elastic seal is required.

Cartridge 310 ml: 12 / 20 / 24 pcs per carton.

Sausage 400 ml / 600 ml: 20 pcs per carton.

Barrel 200 L / 250 kg: drum.

Limitations

Not intended for structural or load-bearing joints, and not for joints under continuous immersion unless a project-specific test has been agreed.

Do not apply to bituminous or asphalt substrates.

Do not apply to wet surfaces or during rain; the MS polymer grade must be applied to a dry substrate.

On natural stone, test a small area first: some sealants migrate into porous stone.

On porous or absorbent substrates, check adhesion on a small area first.
